The production situation of phosphate ＆compound fertilizer and nitrogen tertilizer plant in Shanhua Group are introduced. The modification measures for phosphate ＆ compound fertilizer plant are discussed mainly including erection of liquid ammonia pipeline form nitrogen fertilizer plant to ammonium phosphate plant, using waste heat steam from power generation to concentrate WPA, adjusting nutrient content of DAP with the waste sulfuric acid from BDO plant, producing NPK compound fertilizer with urea product and fertilizer spilled on the floor, the effect and benefit of modification are analyzed.
