Corrosion inhibitor%imidazoline%water injection in oilfield%method of coupon weight loss
以不同长链脂肪酸、四乙烯五胺为原料合成油田注水缓蚀荆,通过正交试验筛选了最优合成条件。采用静态挂片法评价了产品的缓蚀性能,并考察了用量、温度对其缓蚀性能的影响。结果表明,试验条件下此类缓释剂在用量800mg/L、相对低温的条件下缓蚀效果较好。

The oilfield water injection corrosion inhibitor was synthesized by reacting different long-chain fatty acids with tetraethylenepentamine, and the optimal synthetic conditions were obtained using orthogonal experiment method. Static coupon weight loss method was adopted to evaluate the inhibitor performance and the effects of the temperature and concentration on the performance were studied. The results showed that the corrosion inhibitor had good performance at the conditions of concentration as 800 mg/L and relatively low temperature.
