某煤矿10kV变电所实行技术改造,利用三组交流互感器实时采集三相供电线路的电流值和电压值,送入DSP中进行数据处理,并将发出指令通过驱动电路使串入电容器组的高压真空接触器动作,从而补偿电网中的无功功率,提高输电效率。经仿真结果,系统补偿后,功率因数有明显改善。

Based on the part of reactive power compensation device in the 10 kV substation of a coal mine, the system uses three sets of three-phase AC power line transformer real-time collection of current and voltage values. Then takes these parameters into the DSP for data processing, and sends command signal through the drive circuit, which leads to the high voltage capacitor control action, then compensates the reactive power grid and improves transmission efficiency. The simulation result shows that the power factor improves obviously after system compensation.
