乡村经济的转型发展与环境面貌的改善是北京郊区新农村建设中的两大核心目标。对于较为偏远的山区村落来说,乡村旅游产业的成功培育与原有社区的有机更新已被公认为有效的发展策略。然而从过去实践来看,逐渐暴露出乡村旅游发展的＂雷同化＂以及旅游与社区更新非良性互动等一系列的问题。在新一轮的实践项目中,必须以新的思路来克服上述问题。本文以周口店镇黄山店村改造项目为例,对发掘乡村旅游发展中的特色和协调旅游发展与社区建设的关系进行了探讨,提出对＂乡村性＂的发掘是解决上述问题的核心思路,并结合规划设计实践对该思路进行了进一步的诠释。

The two core aims of the ＂New Rural Construction Campaign＂ in Beijing are the resfructuring of rural economics and upgrade of physical environment. For villages in mountainous areas, the success of rural tourism and community renewal has been .regarded as. the most suitable development way. However in previouscases, rural tourism in villages became duplicated and the interaction between tourism and community were negative, which should be overcome in the new generation of projects. This paper introduces a new way to explore characteristics in rural tourism and optimize the tourism-community coordination, by the exploration of ＂rurality＂ , with the case study in Huangshandian Village. It also gives detailed explanation about the implementation of the idea in physical plan and design of the village.
