当代社会中，大学生犯罪趋势有所增长，而且大学生犯罪向多元化智能化方向发展。导致这种现象的基本原因在于市场经济带来的急剧变迁和社会机制以及个人机制的弱化、学校弊端的影响以及多元文化、不良媒体文化的影响。防范和减少大学生犯罪的基本对策在于必须形成良好的道德素质、培养健康的心理素质、健全体制、加强校园文化建设、法制建设，营造良好的校园环境。

The crimes of university students are increasing in the modern society, witch is being various and intellectual. The real reason leading to the phenomena lies in the sharp changes coming from market-oriented economy, social systems, the weakening of individual principals, the influence of university disadvantages and multicuhure and unhealthy media culture. The basic counter- measures of preventing and reducing their crimes rest with keeping the nice moral qualities and the sane, setting up the perfect so- cial systems, enhancing the structure of campus culture and law, trying to find the new method of solving questions, building the har- monious campus environment and so on.
