中国2010年上海世博会是世界经济、科技和文化成果集中展示的一次盛会,形成了独特的上海世博精神内涵和时代价值。上海世博的精神内涵不仅传承世界博览会“理解、沟通、欢聚、合作”的基本理念,而且蕴含着“低碳环保、文明共生、志愿奉献”的精神遗产。上海世博“进步、创新、和谐”的时代价值在于弘扬了绿色、环保、低碳的发展新理念。在大学生形势与政策教育中,充分利用好世博精神的教育资源,将世博精神与形势与政策教育有效结合,是继承和弘扬世博精神的重要途径。

The Expo 2010 Shanghai China is the distinguished gathering of the world's economic, science and technology and cultural, which is formed the unique spirit connotation and the era value of the Shanghai expo. The spiritual of Shanghai expo expresses not only the basic idea of comprehension, communication, gathering, cooperation", but also contains a spiritual heritage of "low carbon environ- mental protection, civilization symbiosis, voluntary dedication". To carry forward the new ideas of green, low carbon and environment pro- tection, to proof that the technology revolution is the magnificent power to promote to social progress, to reveal the diversity of the b,man civilization, to indicate the equality and harmony is the common aspiration of the human beings, which, all of these, give the expression to the era value of the Shanghai expo "progress, innovation and harmonious". In the college students" education of situation and policy, the important way to inherit and carry forward the spirit of the Expo is making full use of the spirit of educational resources, and to make the effective combination of the Expo spirit and the education of situation and policy.
