This paper introduced the principle of operation of 2D servo valve and proposed the design scheme of size 22 2D servo valve. And some main structure parameters are calculated and forces on the spool of 2D servo valve are analyzed. Moreover, the mathematical model of 2D servo valve is also set up in this paper. At the end, the simulation of 2D servo valve is carried out based on Matlab.
