超大型风机叶片有超长、超重、柔性和易损等特点,尤其是其超高超宽的根部给叶片的公路运输带来了巨大的困难。针对上述运输特点和要求,着重分析前牵引车与叶片连接装置,提出风机叶片举升液压缸与蓄能器、节流阀组成的新型运输的方案,对超大型风机叶片公路运输振动控制进行研究。分析结果表明,新型运输装置有良好的减振效果,提升了风机叶片运输车的通过性和安全性。

Large wind turbine blades are long, overweight, flexible and easy to damage. There is a great challenge to blade road transportation because the root is too high and wide. This paper focuses on analysis some characteristics of road transport and the vehicle and the blade connecting device. A gas spring system with hydraulic cylinder, accu-mulator and the throttle valve is proposed, and the vibration control on blade transportation is researched. Results of analysis showed that the new equipment has great vibration reduction and makes blade transportation have greater adaptability and security.
