利用酱香型调味酒高沸点呈香呈味物质的特性，以优质清香大曲酒为原料，通过品评、稳定性试验及理化指标的检测分析，研制开发具有特殊风味的新型低度清香型白酒。该酒具有清香型白酒的典型性风格特点，无明显水味、香气自然、口感绵甜爽净，产品上市后在目标市场占有一定的市场份额。
