现令教育界主力军——“80后”青年教师由于自身及外界的种种原因,很容易遇到教师职业发展中的“高原”,停滞不前。外界的客观原因较难改变,因此只有从“80后”青年教师身上寻找原因,并制定相应的自我突破策略,才能更好地帮助他们渡过教师职业“高原期”。
現令教育界主力軍——“80後”青年教師由于自身及外界的種種原因,很容易遇到教師職業髮展中的“高原”,停滯不前。外界的客觀原因較難改變,因此隻有從“80後”青年教師身上尋找原因,併製定相應的自我突破策略,纔能更好地幫助他們渡過教師職業“高原期”。

Young teachers born in the 1980s who are the main force ofedueation today are also encountering the "plateau period" in their career. It is impossible to change the objective reasons. So we can only try to seek personal ones and formulate relevant strategies to realize the self-break of"8Os" teachers. So as to help them more effectively go through the plateau period.
