文章运用离子色谱仪和TOC分析仪对系统的水质进行了适时检测,同时对反渗透系统的运行工况进行了在线监测。通过分析系统运行压力、元件压降及各元件产水水质的变化,研究了系统沿流程前后端污染之不同,实现了对系统污染沿流程分布的量化分析。
文章運用離子色譜儀和TOC分析儀對繫統的水質進行瞭適時檢測,同時對反滲透繫統的運行工況進行瞭在線鑑測。通過分析繫統運行壓力、元件壓降及各元件產水水質的變化,研究瞭繫統沿流程前後耑汙染之不同,實現瞭對繫統汙染沿流程分佈的量化分析。

In the paper,the quality of permeate water is tested combined with ion chromatography instrument and TOC analyzer.At the same time,the operating conditions of reverse osmosis system is monitored on-line.The changes in running pressure of the system,the pressure drop and quality of permeate water of each RO element were analyzed.Then we obtained the different pollutions in front and end of RO system,the quantitative analysis of pollutant distribution along the system process is implemented.
