本研究以生活污水处理厂的脱水污泥为对象,实验研究出一种污泥改性脱水剂,使含水率75-85%的污泥,改性后压榨脱水,污泥含水率降到40-50%,且在常温常压下进行,无需消耗热能,也无恶臭产生,滤饼对重金属有很好的稳定作用,即使填埋处置,也不会对地下水造成威胁,改性剂用量少,运行费较低。还可以加入秸秆粉提高热值,满足焚烧要求,使污泥得到彻底处置。
本研究以生活汙水處理廠的脫水汙泥為對象,實驗研究齣一種汙泥改性脫水劑,使含水率75-85%的汙泥,改性後壓榨脫水,汙泥含水率降到40-50%,且在常溫常壓下進行,無需消耗熱能,也無噁臭產生,濾餅對重金屬有很好的穩定作用,即使填埋處置,也不會對地下水造成威脅,改性劑用量少,運行費較低。還可以加入秸稈粉提高熱值,滿足焚燒要求,使汙泥得到徹底處置。

The object of this study is sludge of Sewage treatment plant, this experiment developed a sludge modified dehydrating agent. which makes the sludge with 75-85% moisture content becomes to sludge with 40-50% moisture content after it is compressed, and due to it works at normal temperature and pressure, so no consumption of heat, no stench generated, the slurry filtercake has a good stabilizing effect for heavy metals, so even if landfill disposal but no threat to groundwater.
