Special Post Plan attracted many high quality talents to engage in rural compulsory education. The implementation of Special Post Plan has opened up a new mechanism of rural teachers supplement, promoted the construction of the new rural areas and the balance development of compulsory education. Special post teachers brought changes about educational concept, teaching methods, teaching resources and teacher-student relationship.
