葠窝水库大坝由于施工缺陷和冻融、渗漏、汽蚀等破坏,溢流坝面混凝土严重剥落。在水库加固工程中,应用具有粘结强度高、干缩量小、抗裂性能强等特点的聚合物砂浆,对大坝溢流面混凝土剥落薄层进行修复,取得了良好效果。该工程在东北寒冷地区应用聚合物砂浆大面积、全孔段修复溢流坝面具有一定的创新,可供其它类似工程设计施工方案时参考。
葠窩水庫大壩由于施工缺陷和凍融、滲漏、汽蝕等破壞,溢流壩麵混凝土嚴重剝落。在水庫加固工程中,應用具有粘結彊度高、榦縮量小、抗裂性能彊等特點的聚閤物砂漿,對大壩溢流麵混凝土剝落薄層進行脩複,取得瞭良好效果。該工程在東北寒冷地區應用聚閤物砂漿大麵積、全孔段脩複溢流壩麵具有一定的創新,可供其它類似工程設計施工方案時參攷。

The concrete of Shenwo reservoir dam spillway is severely peeled due to masons such as construction defects, leakage, freezing, thawing, cavitation, etc. The characteristics of high bonding strength, small drying shrinkage and excellent crack resistance of polymer mortar are utilized sufficiently to repair the thin layer parts with concrete peeling on the dam spillway, and excellent results were achieved. The project applies polymer mortar in thin layer of dam spillway in full hole section and larger area in the frigid northeastern region, which has certain degree of innovation, thereby providing experience and lessons for similar projects.
