作为一种民间艺术，淮北花鼓戏随着时代发展，面临着创新乏力，人才流失等发展困境。为了有效地保护和发展淮北花鼓戏，应进一步加大政府投入，推动传统管理体制改革，加强保护力度，重视专业人才的培养及剧团的扶持。
作為一種民間藝術，淮北花鼓戲隨著時代髮展，麵臨著創新乏力，人纔流失等髮展睏境。為瞭有效地保護和髮展淮北花鼓戲，應進一步加大政府投入，推動傳統管理體製改革，加彊保護力度，重視專業人纔的培養及劇糰的扶持。
작위일충민간예술，회북화고희수착시대발전，면림착창신핍력，인재류실등발전곤경。위료유효지보호화발전회북화고희，응진일보가대정부투입，추동전통관리체제개혁，가강보호력도，중시전업인재적배양급극단적부지。
The Huaibei Flower-Drum Song-a folk art is facing the problems of lack of creating ,talents and so on. In face of these problems, we should invest more with the help of the government, try to reform the traditional management, enlarge the protection, pay more attention to the training of the professionals and the aid of the troupe after interviewing the leaders of the troupe and the national.
