从我国转基因技术应用瓶颈出发，对转基因生物知识产权共享内涵进行界定，并基于转基因重大专项承担者及地方政府管理部门调研，分析了转基因生物知识产权共享主体的诉求及主体错位、制度缺失、技术缺位、观念落后等带来的知识产权共享障碍，从明确主体、健全制度、加强技术支撑、宣传等四个方面提出了对策建议。
從我國轉基因技術應用瓶頸齣髮，對轉基因生物知識產權共享內涵進行界定，併基于轉基因重大專項承擔者及地方政府管理部門調研，分析瞭轉基因生物知識產權共享主體的訴求及主體錯位、製度缺失、技術缺位、觀唸落後等帶來的知識產權共享障礙，從明確主體、健全製度、加彊技術支撐、宣傳等四箇方麵提齣瞭對策建議。

Point at the bottlenecks in the application of GMOs technology, first of all, define the meaning of GMOs intellectual property rights sharing, then take the research about main special projects in GMOs intellectual property rights sharing and local gov-ernment administration, analyze the demands for subject of intellectual sharing, and find out the obstacles like subject dislocation、sys-tem missing、technical omission、backward idea and others. Finally we give some suggestions:define the principal part、build a sound system、strengthen the technical support and publicity.
