本文以北京经济管理职业学院为例，分析了高职院校科研管理信息化的发展现状、特点以及目前存在的问题，依据高职院校的办学定位和目标，探讨了高职院校科研管理信息系统应具备的功能要素，提出高职院校科研管理信息化的出路在于打开门户，开放科研信息系统，以最大限度地发挥其效用。

The paper analyzed the current situation, characteristics and problems of the scientific re search management informationalization in higher vocational college by taking BIEM as an example. Ac- cording to the orientation and aim of a higher vocational college, the paper then discussed the essential functions of the scientific research management system, and argued that the solution for solving the problems of the scientific research management system is its openness.
