目的：观察温毒清浸膏对慢性增殖性炎症和急性渗出性炎症的作用。方法：采用大鼠棉球肉芽肿和小鼠醋酸腹腔注射两种方法，分别观察其对大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生的影响和对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响。结果：温毒清浸膏对大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生和醋酸引起小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增强均具有明显的抑制作用，与空白对照相比差异显著。结论：温毒清浸膏具有良好的抗炎作用。
목적：관찰온독청침고대만성증식성염증화급성삼출성염증적작용。방법：채용대서면구육아종화소서작산복강주사량충방법，분별관찰기대대서면구육아종증생적영향화대소서복강모세혈관통투성적영향。결과：온독청침고대대서면구육아종증생화작산인기소서복강모세혈관통투성증강균구유명현적억제작용，여공백대조상비차이현저。결론：온독청침고구유량호적항염작용。
Objective： To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Wenduqing extractum on the chronic hyperplastic and acule exudative inflammation. Methods： The rat granuloma and intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid in mice were adopted to evaluate the effect of Wenduqing extraetum on rat granuloma hyperplasia and mice capillary, permeability. Results： Wenduqing extractum could significantly inhibit the proliferation of rat granuloma and acetic acid-induced capillary permeability in mice. Conclusion： Wenduqing extractmn has good anti-inflammatory effect.
