采用纳米复合镀技术在铝表面制备了Cu-TiO2纳米复合镀层,利用扫描电镜、电化学测试系统、分光光度计对其形貌、腐蚀和光催化性能进行了研究.结果表明,TiO2纳米颗粒在铜基复合膜层中的分散均匀;TiO2颗粒的加入可使Cu-TiO2纳米复合镀层腐蚀电位明显增加,膜层的耐蚀性提高;在紫外光照射下,复合镀层对甲基橙溶液有明显的光催化降解作用,且这种作用随时间延长而有所增大.
採用納米複閤鍍技術在鋁錶麵製備瞭Cu-TiO2納米複閤鍍層,利用掃描電鏡、電化學測試繫統、分光光度計對其形貌、腐蝕和光催化性能進行瞭研究.結果錶明,TiO2納米顆粒在銅基複閤膜層中的分散均勻;TiO2顆粒的加入可使Cu-TiO2納米複閤鍍層腐蝕電位明顯增加,膜層的耐蝕性提高;在紫外光照射下,複閤鍍層對甲基橙溶液有明顯的光催化降解作用,且這種作用隨時間延長而有所增大.

The Cu-TiO2 nanocomposite coating was prepared by nanocomposite plating memoa, and its microstructure, corrosion resistance and photocatalytic property were investigated with SEM/ EDX, electrochemical technology and UV-Vis absorption spectrum. The results show that TiO2 nanoparticles are uniformly distributed in the Cu matrix coating. The electrochemical results show that the Cu-TiO2 nanocomposite coating exhibits much higher corrosion potential and better corrosion resistance than those o{ Cu plating coating and Al substrate in 3.5 % NaCI solution. Under ultraviolet radiation, Cu-TiO2 nanocomposite coating exhibits efficiently photocatalytic degradation effect on methyl orange, and this effect can be enhanced as the degradation time is prolonged.
