针对目前畜牧兽医专业学生实践操作能力与企业用人标准不符的情况,以河北农业大学开办的＂正大班＂为例,对畜牧兽医专业实施双元制人才培养模式的理论基础及有利性进行阐述和分析,并从办班指导思想、学生来源及管理、教学培养过程、学生人文素质培养、办学成果、结果反馈等6个方面详细介绍了＂正大班＂的开展情况,总结出校企联合实施畜牧兽医专业人才培养的新模式。

Aiming at the discrepancy situation of veterinary major practical ability and the enterprise standard, This paper takes ＂ZhengDa class＂ organized by Agricultural University of Hebei as an example, discussing and analyzing the theoretical basis and advantages of implemented bisystematic talent training mode to the major of veterinary, introducing the ＂ZhengDa class＂ carrying situation from six aspects, such as guiding ideology of managing the class, source and management of students, teaching process, training of humanities quality, achievements, and feedback of results, and summarizes a new mode of university-enterprise cooperation training for veterinary talents.
