目的：探讨经胃镜止血钛夹治疗上消化道出血患者的护理效果。方法：选取本院2012年2月-2013年1月收治的62例经胃镜止血钛夹治疗的上消化道出血患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组各31例。对照组给予常规护理干预措施，观察组给予综合护理干预措施，观察比较两组患者并发症发生率与患者满意度。结果：两组患者经过临床护理之后，对照组并发症发生率为16.13%，明显高于治疗组的0，且患者满意度80.65%明显低于治疗组的100%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：经胃镜止血钛夹治疗上消化道出血的患者采用综合护理干预措施后，其临床护理效果明显优于常规护理，不仅降低了患者并发症的发生率，而且提高了患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토경위경지혈태협치료상소화도출혈환자적호리효과。방법：선취본원2012년2월-2013년1월수치적62례경위경지혈태협치료적상소화도출혈환자，안조수궤수자표법장기분위대조조화치료조각31례。대조조급여상규호리간예조시，관찰조급여종합호리간예조시，관찰비교량조환자병발증발생솔여환자만의도。결과：량조환자경과림상호리지후，대조조병발증발생솔위16.13%，명현고우치료조적0，차환자만의도80.65%명현저우치료조적100%，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：경위경지혈태협치료상소화도출혈적환자채용종합호리간예조시후，기림상호리효과명현우우상규호리，불부강저료환자병발증적발생솔，이차제고료환자만의도，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the nursing effect of endoscopic hemostasis titanium clamp in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients.Method:62 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage who were treated by endoscopic hemostasis titanium clips in our hospital from February 2012 to January 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention measures,the treatment group was given comprehensive nursing intervention measures,the occurrence rate and patient satisfaction between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The patients after clinical care,the incidence of complications in the control group was 16.13%,it was significantly higher than the treatment group(0),patient satisfaction in the control group was 80.65%,it was significantly lower than the treatment group(100%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage who were treated by endoscopic hemostasis titanium clips after comprehensive nursing intervention,the clinical nursing effect is better than the routine nursing care,not only reduces the incidence of complications,but also improve the satisfaction of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
