目的：总结中医特色疗法在妇科术后早期炎性肠梗阻的应用与护理经验。方法：将67例患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组30例采取西医治疗，观察组37例在西医治疗的同时应用复方大承气汤保留灌肠、针灸等中医特色疗法与护理观察。结果：观察组患者腹痛、腹胀缓解时间、肠功能恢复、首次排便时间、住院时间均较对照组缩短，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组总有效率为97.3%优于对照组90.0%。结论：中医特色疗法与护理治疗妇科术后早期炎性肠梗阻疗效确切。

목적：총결중의특색요법재부과술후조기염성장경조적응용여호리경험。방법：장67례환자안조수궤수자표법분위대조조30례채취서의치료，관찰조37례재서의치료적동시응용복방대승기탕보류관장、침구등중의특색요법여호리관찰。결과：관찰조환자복통、복창완해시간、장공능회복、수차배편시간、주원시간균교대조조축단，량조비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）；관찰조총유효솔위97.3%우우대조조90.0%。결론：중의특색요법여호리치료부과술후조기염성장경조료효학절。
Objective:To explore the effect of the early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction in gynecology. Method:Sixty-seven cases of patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. A control group of 30 cases by western medicine treatment,the treatment group of 37 cases of application of compound Dachengqi Decoction,acupuncture therapy of TCM and nursing observation of retention. Result:The Abdominal pain and abdominal distension relief time,bowel function recovery time,the first time defecation time,length of hospital stay of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). The effective rate of the control group was 90.0%while the treatment group was 97.3%after treatment. Conclusion:The characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy and nursing in the treatment of gynecological early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction effect.
