通过热力学模拟实验,研究了316LN钢在900~1200℃、应变速率为0.01~1s-1变形条件下的高温变形性能,得到了其在大型锻造件生产条件下的流动应力曲线。通过对实验数据进行多元线性拟合,建立了316LN钢的动态再结晶模型。通过变形试样淬火后显微组织的研究分析,验证了所建立模型的正确性。比较了动态再结晶对电渣重熔钢锭和真空浇铸钢锭晶粒细化效果的差异,从而初步确定了316LN钢合理的锻造工艺区间。

Based on the thermodynamics research,which was conducted in the temperature range 900~1200℃ and the strain rate 0.01~1s-1,the flow stress curves of 316LN steel under the common production condition of heavy forging was investigated.Also,by multiple linear regression on the experimental data,a dynamic recrystallization model of 316LN was established.Then the microstructure of the thermal simulation samples after quenching was studied,which shows the validity of the model.The differences of grain refinement by dynamic recrystallization between the steels by electroslag remelting and vacuum casting were compared,then the optimized range of forging parameters for 316LN was suggested.
