以脂肪酸和甲醇为原料,固体酸硫酸锌为催化剂,研究了脂肪酸和甲醇酯化合成生物柴油的过程,以测定不同醇油摩尔比、不同反应时间和不同催化剂浓度条件下脂肪酸的转化率。结果表明:脂肪酸酯化反应制备生物柴油的最佳条件为醇油物质的量比7:1,反应时间为70min,催化剂用量4g(相对于100g的脂肪酸,下同),此条件下,生物柴油的产率可达56.59%,与传统的加热方法相比,微波辐射加热具有实验装置与工艺操作简单、反应速率快、后处理方便等优点。

With fatty acid and methanol as raw materials and solid acid ZnSO4 as catalyst, the biodiesel was prepared by transesterification of fatty oil and methanol. The conversion of fatty acid under the conditions of different molar ratios of methanol to oil, reaction time and different loadings of catalyst are measured. Result: The optimum condition for preparation of biodiesel from fatty oil through esterification was as follows : the molar ratio of methanol to oil was 7 : 1, the reaction time was 70 min and catalyst dosage was 4g. Under this condition, the esterification rate of biodiesel could reach 56.59%. Compared to traditional methods of heating, microwave irradiation heating method is with the test apparatus and process simpler, faster reaction rates, easy post processing and so on.
