In order to adapt to the information warfare and totally enhance the protection of information warfare, the military Internet of things and its development should receive high attention from a strategic perspective. Many countries have endeavored to build a modern military logistics system by using the Military Internet of things to achieve the systematization and proper utilization of the support resources. The article points out the necessity for building the military IOT firstly, and then gives the military IOT building scheme. The crucial modules and business processes are elaborated finally.
