分析了挖掘机履带链轨节的加工工艺,确定了工件装卡方案,基于镗床的设计经验和组合机床加工柔性化的特点,提出了链轨节钻镗组合机床的结构总体方案、动作过程及主要技术参数,设计了专用组合机床的关键部件多轴箱,并详细阐述了电气控制系统配置及调试过程、液压系统组成.
分析瞭挖掘機履帶鏈軌節的加工工藝,確定瞭工件裝卡方案,基于鏜床的設計經驗和組閤機床加工柔性化的特點,提齣瞭鏈軌節鑽鏜組閤機床的結構總體方案、動作過程及主要技術參數,設計瞭專用組閤機床的關鍵部件多軸箱,併詳細闡述瞭電氣控製繫統配置及調試過程、液壓繫統組成.

The paper analyzes the processing of excavator crawler caterpillar to determine the work piece chucking. Based on working experience in boring machine design and flexibility in machining combination, the overall structure of track link section, drilling and boring machine, course of action, and main technical parameters are proposed, configuration and debugging process of the electrical control system are discussed, and hydraulic system components and design of multi-axle box of the key components of a special combination of machine tools are also examined.
