在收集和整理了登陆我国沿海热带气旋的相关资料、调研台风重灾区防台风预案及实际台风袭击时该地区电网运行情况的基础上,总结了台风对电网运行的影响,提出了台风期间电网运行方式安排原则、调度调整原则和电网事故处理原则等应对台风的措施。

Based on the information collection and analysis of tropical cyclones landed on the coastland of China as well as the prediction schemes and the practical operation of the power girds in the lands during the tropical cyclone landing on,this paper summarizes the influence of typhoon on the power grid,and proposes the principles to set the operation mode of the grid,to adjust dispatching and to treat possible accidents in order to react against typhoon attack
