Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay （ELISA） has the advantages of fast, simple operation, highly accurate and specific, strong sensitivity and easy to standardization. ELISA has been widely used in clinical medicine, biological chemistry, analytical chemistry, food safety monitoring, environment pollution control, animal husbandry, etc. This paper recommended the application progress of ELISA in animal husbandry industry.
