目的:探讨单臂外固定架治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的抗压生物力学性能。方法:运用单臂外固定架及老年股骨尸体标本制作单臂外固定架治疗老年粗隆间骨折模型,测试其抗压力学性能,同时应用生物力学应变贴试技术与电测实验方法测试模型的骨折端压应力感应值,分析骨折固定后的生物力学稳定性。结果:我们对固定模型施加0~600 N纵向载荷,随着压力不断增加,骨折断端的位移量最大值为2.80 mm;施压同时,得出此模型在大小粗隆两侧的压应力感应值,结果显示单臂外固定架能恢复并保持股骨近端抗弯小梁承载的基本功能,有效拮抗剪应力对于骨折愈合的不利影响。结论:单臂外固定架治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折模型其抗压生物力学性能是安全可靠的。

Objective To evaluated the compression biomechanical features on the model for the intertro-chanteric fractures by external fixation. Methods We made experimental models with the external fixator and cadaveric femur of senile. We tested the compressive resistances properties of the model,meanwhile,measuring sensor values by the application of biomechanical strain compressive stress of the test model of the Post test technology and experimental methods of electri-cal. Results We impose 0~600N vertical loading on fixed model, as the pressure increases, fracture broken end displacement 2.80 mm maximum. At the same time, we concluded that this model on either side of the tuberosity compressive stress sensor values, fixed system can restore and maintain the proximal femur bending trabecular, effectively against the adverse effects of shear forces. Conclusion the compression biomechanical features on the model is safe and reliable for the intertrochanteric fractures by external fixation.
