利用合成的粗烷基糖苷(烷基糖苷与脂肪醇混合物),以P2O5为磷化剂,直接制备烷基糖苷与脂肪醇复合磷酸酯。并研究了工艺条件中的影响因素,确定了最佳工艺为:烷基糖苷与P2O5摩尔比为2.8∶1,酯化温度为70℃、反应时间为5.5h,水解温度为70℃、水解时间为2.5h、水解加水量为总固体重量的4%。
利用閤成的粗烷基糖苷(烷基糖苷與脂肪醇混閤物),以P2O5為燐化劑,直接製備烷基糖苷與脂肪醇複閤燐痠酯。併研究瞭工藝條件中的影響因素,確定瞭最佳工藝為:烷基糖苷與P2O5摩爾比為2.8∶1,酯化溫度為70℃、反應時間為5.5h,水解溫度為70℃、水解時間為2.5h、水解加水量為總固體重量的4%。
이용합성적조완기당감(완기당감여지방순혼합물),이P2O5위린화제,직접제비완기당감여지방순복합린산지。병연구료공예조건중적영향인소,학정료최가공예위:완기당감여P2O5마이비위2.8∶1,지화온도위70℃、반응시간위5.5h,수해온도위70℃、수해시간위2.5h、수해가수량위총고체중량적4%。
Compound phosphate ester of alkyl indican and fatty alcohols was directly preparing by raw alkyl indican(the mixture of alkyl indican and fatty alcohols),with P2O5 as catalyst.To study the influencing factors of technological conditions.The optimum technology was that the molar ratio of alkyl indican and P2O5 was 2.8∶1,esterification temperature was 70 ℃,reaction time was 5.5 h,hydrolysis temperature was 70 ℃,hydrolysis time was 2.5 h,amount of water during hydrolysis was 4% of solid total weight.
