根据节能减排的需要,结合自身的跳汰-重介联合工艺特点,采用先进的尾矿两段浓缩回收工艺,提出了增设卧式过滤式离心脱水机、高频脱水筛联合截粗工艺,并充分利用现有设备,工程投产后,煤泥全部厂内回收,洗水回复使用,达到煤泥水一级闭路循环标准。该工程投资少、见效快、工艺完善、效果显著。

According to the need of energy--saving and emission--reduction and the characteristics of jigging -- dense medium combined process, the paper presents the application of advanced tailing two--stage concentration recovery process by adding combined cross-- coarse technique with horizontal filtration centrifugal dehydrator and high frequency dewatering sieve, which helps realize the first--class closed circulation of slurry water with low investment, quick return, process improvement and remarkable effectiveness.
