针对九种单种煤及十八种配合煤的胶质层指数(Y)进行了研究,采用均匀设计方法考察了配合煤的胶质层指数与单种煤的胶质层指数之间的联系,建立了由单种煤胶质层指数预测配合煤的胶质层指数的数学模型,将配合煤的实测值与均匀设计预测值、常规配煤法预测值进行比较。结果表明,由均匀设计实验方法建立的数学模型预测配合煤的胶质层指数具有较好的可靠性,进而预测焦炭的质量。该方法可以有效的指导焦化企业配煤炼焦生产。

This paper presents the study on glial layer index ( the Y) of 9 kinds of single coals and 18 kinds of coal blending and describes the use of uniform design method to investigating the connection between the coal blending and single coals in terms of glial layer index and the development of the mathe- matical model designed for forecasting glial layer index of the coal blending by that of single coal. The pa- per offers a comparison between the actual measured value of coal blending and uniform design predictive value, and predictive value of conventional blending method. The results show that the mathematical model developed by uniform design experiments method affords a greater reliability in forecasting the glial layer index of coal blending, thus yielding a better prediction of the coke quality. The method serves to provide an effective guidance to the coking coal blending for coking production enterprises.
