选择溴苯与苯硼酸为模型反应,研究四种苯胺-β-亚胺配体/PdCl2催化下的Suzuki偶联反应。并考察了溶剂、碱等因素对该交叉偶联反应收率的影响。结果显示目标产物收率在配体具有较小的刚性,溶剂为甲醇/水,碱为K2CO3时最高(96.5%)。

Four kinds of anilino-β-imine were found as an effective ligand for the PdCl2 catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction of phenylboronic acid with bromobenzene.The influences of various solvents and different bases on the reaction were investigated.The results shown that the optimum reaction condition was CH3OH/H2O as the solvent,K2CO3 as the base and the ligand which has a smaller rigid(yield: 96.5 %).
