尾矿坝是堆存金属非金属等矿山选矿废弃物的构筑物,其数量及坝体高度随国家对矿产资源的巨大需求而快速增加。验算了尾矿坝现状和最终堆积标高两种情况下相应的最不利剖面位置进行渗流计算和静力稳定计算。同时,运用二维有限元计算坡面浸润线,采用极限平衡法对坝体现状和加高扩容后的稳定安全系数进行分析。计算结果表明,坝体最终堆积标高剖面的稳定安全系数在不同计算条件下均满足规范要求,说明堆积坝加高扩容方案是安全可靠的。

Tailings dam is a structure which pile up metal and nonmetal and other mine beneficia- tion waste, the quality and dam height has increased rapidly with country’s great demanding for mineral resources. Tailing dam situation and two situations of final accumulation elevation height were checked, seepage and static force stability calculation were done at relevant most disadvantageous section position of two conditions. Meanwhile, using two-dimensional finite element to calculate seepage line of sloping sur- face, dam situation and stable safe factor of after elevation and expansion were analyzed by adopted limit equilibrium method . Calculation results indicated, stable safe factors of dam final accumulation elevation height section were all meet the standard requirement under different calculation condition, which proved the safe and reliable of elevation and expansion scheme of fill dam.
