This paper centers on a discussion and analysis of the structure of teacher performance in five dimensions,namely,teachers' morality,disciplinary literacy of teachers,classroom teaching,students' learning and class teacher duties.The concept of teacher performance assessment will inevitably integrate the professional development of teachers and students' overall development;It must be based on the improvement of education and teaching,professional thinking,negotiation and participation,so as to promote teachers understanding and practice of teaching,and to turn individual competition among teachers to group competition.
