后现代知识观为我们反思和批判现有成人高等教育教学模式的不足提供了新的视角,也为建构符合当前知识状况的教学模式提供了理论基础。在后现代知识观视域下,成人高等教育要满足学生对成人高等教育的多样化、实用化的教育诉求,其教学模式的建构必须满足教学目标设置的多元化、教学内容体系满足学生多样化学习需求的可调适性、教学策略注重过程的非线性、教学评价注重过程的多线索性。由此建构符合当下新知识图景的成人高等教育模式。

The postmodem concept of knowledge sheds new light on existing model of the adult higher education and also offers new theoretical essentials for its teaching models. The teaching model from the postmodem perspective of the adult higher education is constructed with four features: variable teaching objectives, flexible teaching materials, non-linear teaching strategies and diversified teaching evaluation system, in which the adult students with various needs and on different levels have widespread access to the corresponding teaching contents, and their learning process is honored and evaluated rather than the regular learning time alone. This model is made up of four parts: multiple teaching goal, data-based teaching materials system constructing, non-linear teaching process management, guidance, control and evaluation and learning process-based multi-linear evaluation.
