对高校事业发展而言，师德建设至关重要。为贯彻落实中共中央、国务院及教育部相关文件精神，进一步做好师德建设工作，本文从高校师德建设的意义、存在的问题及原因，师德建设的主要内容和途径等方面进行阐述，以期为新时期高校师德建设提供参考。

Teachers＇ ethnic construction is vita＇lly important for the career development of a university. To imple- ment the related requirements spirit of the Central Committee of the CCP, the State Council and the Ministry of Education, and to improve the teacherg ethic construction, this article, starting from the significance, the exsist- ing problems and the causes of university teachers＇ ethnics construction, discusses the main contents and the aproaches to the teacher＇ s ethic construction in order to offer some reference for the university teachers＇ ethnic construction in new era.
