结合当前我国食品安全卫生的现状,在《食品安全与卫生》教学过程中探索以培养实践能力为导向的多种教学方式,使学生能深刻体会到食品安全卫生对社会的重要性。教学改革内容主要包括在教学过程中做到合理构建教学体系、采取多种教学方式相结合、进行食品安全卫生的现场教学与讲解、组织学生完成食品安全卫生的相关调查报告和进行食品安全卫生的宣传活动等方面。

The research combined the present situations about food safety and sanitation in China, several methods were explored in the teaching process of Food Safety and Sanitation for developing practical ability oriented. From the lecture of food safety and sanitation, students can understand the importance of food safety for society. The teaching reform was conducted by reasonably building teaching system, improving classroom teaching techniques and methods, inforcing live tcaching and explaining, arranging students to make some related investigation and developing pragmatic attitudes of students towards learning.
