采用浮选柱设备进行磷矿的选矿实验研究。通过化学法分析磷矿的矿物特性,采用浮选柱分选技术,开展磷矿精选试验。结果表明,在充气量为6~10 L/h,冲洗水2~3 L/h可以得到w(P2O5)=30%以上的磷精矿。

the applied situation of the domestic and foreign flotation column in phosphate rock flotation was introduced. According to the mineral characteristics of phosphate rock, we adopted the flotation column separation technology and carried out the phosphate separation experiment. The experimental result indicated that the effects were better and the product quality was stable. So the flotation column separation technology has a good application prospect in phosphate rock flotation.
