通过在玻璃纤维表面接枝β成核剂,期望在界面处诱导等规聚丙烯形成β横晶。结果表明,玻璃纤维表面接枝的β成核所形成的网络结构不够完善,只能诱导形成少量的晶核,不足以形成横晶;在熔融混合过程当中添加少量的硬脂酸钙能够在接枝β成核剂的玻纤表面形成一个完善的网络结构,从而有效的诱导形成β横晶。
通過在玻璃纖維錶麵接枝β成覈劑,期望在界麵處誘導等規聚丙烯形成β橫晶。結果錶明,玻璃纖維錶麵接枝的β成覈所形成的網絡結構不夠完善,隻能誘導形成少量的晶覈,不足以形成橫晶;在鎔融混閤過程噹中添加少量的硬脂痠鈣能夠在接枝β成覈劑的玻纖錶麵形成一箇完善的網絡結構,從而有效的誘導形成β橫晶。
통과재파리섬유표면접지β성핵제,기망재계면처유도등규취병희형성β횡정。결과표명,파리섬유표면접지적β성핵소형성적망락결구불구완선,지능유도형성소량적정핵,불족이형성횡정;재용융혼합과정당중첨가소량적경지산개능구재접지β성핵제적파섬표면형성일개완선적망락결구,종이유효적유도형성β횡정。
The purpose of this article is to develop β-transcrystallinity induced by glass fiber grafted β-nucleating agent at the interface of glass fiber and isotactic polypropylene (ipp). It demonstrates that the network formed by β-nucleating agent grafted on the interface of glass fiber is unstable. Only several nuclei are formed, and β-transcrystallinity is not developed. Adding a little calcium stearate can form a stable net- work on the surface of glass fiber grafted p-nucleating agent during the mixed melt process, and can effectively induce the formation of β-transcrystallinity.
