脑卒中早期康复护理治疗是防止、减少致残的有效手段，是脑卒中治疗的重点，而肌肉力量的恢复则是促进运动功能恢复的关键。早期康复护理时必须对重病患者进行生命体征监测，也可以针对患者情况做预防性和对症性早期康复护理训练。偏瘫患者肌体肌力均有不同程度的改善，脑卒中偏瘫患者早期进行康复护理能促进肢体功能恢复，降低致残率，提高生存质量，减轻家庭和社会负担。
