考核物流企业效率的主要指标要素是：尽可能降低物流各环节总成本投入，最大限度地提高客户满意度。主要是通过具有现代物流理念的高素质人员，借助先进的物流信息通信技术，在货物从供应地到消费地的流动过程当中，进行标准化和规范化同时又不失创新性和灵活性的操作得以实现的。作为环节之一的退货岗位，由于工作性质和内容的特殊性，要想做到同样的高效率低成本将会面临极大困难和挑战。文中作者就亲身实践体验，对退货工作岗位提出几点建议。

The key target factors of assessing efficency in logistic enterprises are to reduce total costs if investment in every link as low as possible and try to improve customer’s satisfactory. In goods movement from supply place to consuming place,efficiency in logistic enterprises cometrue mainly through following aspects:high-quality stuff with modern logistics ideas,advanced ICT means , standard and logistics enterprise ,efficiency, returning goods.eration methods and so on. Returning goods ,as one of links in logistics process,is hard to be samely effective because of its nature and contents.The writer would like to submit some suggestion on returning goods as per her own experience in enterprises.
