介绍了ETX载板应用微机总线技术和嵌入式系统技术在测控应用平台的研制。在ETX载板上扩展一系列的功能接口和通过CPCI总线实现测控应用平台功能更加完善的系统，将满足测控计算机与多外设的数据传输通信，使测控系统具有通用性和特殊性，在ETX嵌入式计算模块的控制下，送至FPGA进行处理后通过CPCI总线应用上层软件进行分析处理。该系统集成化高，充分利用了CPCI总线及ETX单板机优点，具有很好的应用前景。
