介绍了一种非接触式在线核子密度测量装置,以STC12C5A60S2单片机为核心,采用光电倍增管检测衰减后的γ射线强度,提出了信号甄别与数字滤波方法,具有结构简单,运行可靠等特点,广泛应用于测量工业生产中流体、矿浆以及固体物料的密度。该装置首先对光电倍增管输出的信号进行幅度甄别,单片机对甄别后的信号进行计数和数字滤波,最后通过分段线性化计算出对应的密度。该装置可通过RS485连接至上位机,实现远程监控。

A non-contact on -line nuclear densimeter was developed .STC12C5A60S2 is used as the core , while photomultiplier tube is used to detect the radioactive rays .With the simple structure and reliable opera-tion, this densimeter is used widely in some severe environment in the factory .The signal from photomultiplier was firstly operated by signal processing circuit .The MCU then calculated the density from the signal with digit-al filtering.This densimeter contained the communication interface of RS 485 which allowing the users to ob-serve and analyze the density remotely .
