目的：观察穴位埋线联合人工周期治疗人流术后月经过少的临床疗效。方法：将人流术后月经过少属肾虚血瘀型患者80例随机分为两组，对照组予常规人工周期疗法，治疗组为在人工周期疗法的基础上加用穴位埋线疗法。治疗3个月经周期并停药3个月后评定疗效。结果：治疗组疗效优于对照组；两组治疗后行经时间均增加，治疗组改善更为显著，与对照组比较，差异均有显著性（P<0.05）。结论：穴位埋线联合人工周期疗法的疗效优于单用人工周期疗法。

목적：관찰혈위매선연합인공주기치료인류술후월경과소적림상료효。방법：장인류술후월경과소속신허혈어형환자80례수궤분위량조，대조조여상규인공주기요법，치료조위재인공주기요법적기출상가용혈위매선요법。치료3개월경주기병정약3개월후평정료효。결과：치료조료효우우대조조；량조치료후행경시간균증가，치료조개선경위현저，여대조조비교，차이균유현저성（P<0.05）。결론：혈위매선연합인공주기요법적료효우우단용인공주기요법。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of catgut implantation at acupoints integrated with artificial cycle therapy on hypomenorrhea after abortion procedures.Methods:80 cases of hypomenorrhea after abortion procedures with kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were taken artificial cycle therapy, while patients in the treatment group were given catgut implantation at acupoints based on artificial cycle therapy. The efficacy was evaluated after 3 cycles. Results:The efficacy for the treatment group is better than that of control group;the duration of two group are both longer and the treatment group is much better with the significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of catgut implantation at acupoints integrated with artificial cycle therapy is better than that of single artificial cycle therapy.
