目的：探讨中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎（HSK）的疗效。方法：研究组：45例患者50眼，接受中西医结合治疗；对照组：39例患者43眼，接受阿昔洛韦滴眼液治疗。结果：研究组50眼中，有效率为84.0%。对照组43眼中，有效率为74.4%（P<0.05）。研究组45例50眼中，复发率仅为8.0%，对照组39例43眼中，复发率高达32.6%（P<0.05）。而研究组治愈患者的治愈时间也明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：采用中西医联合治疗HSK，可以提高疗效，降低复发率，缩短治愈天数。
목적：탐토중서의결합치료단순포진성각막염（HSK）적료효。방법：연구조：45례환자50안，접수중서의결합치료；대조조：39례환자43안，접수아석락위적안액치료。결과：연구조50안중，유효솔위84.0%。대조조43안중，유효솔위74.4%（P<0.05）。연구조45례50안중，복발솔부위8.0%，대조조39례43안중，복발솔고체32.6%（P<0.05）。이연구조치유환자적치유시간야명현단우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：채용중서의연합치료HSK，가이제고료효，강저복발솔，축단치유천수。
Objective: To study the curative effect of the integrative medicine in treating 45 cases of herpes simplex keratitis. Methods: Study group: 50 eyes, 45 patients, in the integrative medicine; Control group: 43 eyes, 39 patients treated with acyclovir eye drops. Results:The effective rate of 50 eyes in the study group was 84.0%. The effective rate of 43 eyes, in the control, was 74.4%(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of 45 cases with 50 eyes in the study group, was only 8.0%, and the recurrence rate of 39 cases with 43 eyes in the control group, was as high as 32.6%(P<0.05). And the cure time of cure patients in the study group was obviously shorter than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the integrative medicine treating herpes simplex keratitis, can improve curative effect, reduce recurrence rate, and shorten the cure days.
