目的：探讨腹腔镜术后结合中药通畅助孕方治疗的临床疗效及其意义。方法入选确诊为盆腔粘连性不孕病例60例，随机分为治疗组（腹腔镜后给予中药通畅助孕方内服治疗）和对照组（单纯腹腔镜治疗），每组30例。6月为1个疗程，进行1年的随访。结果治疗组总有效率96.67%，对照组总有效率76.67%，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论通畅助孕方结合腹腔镜治疗盆腔粘连性不孕有一定临床疗效。
목적：탐토복강경술후결합중약통창조잉방치료적림상료효급기의의。방법입선학진위분강점련성불잉병례60례，수궤분위치료조（복강경후급여중약통창조잉방내복치료）화대조조（단순복강경치료），매조30례。6월위1개료정，진행1년적수방。결과치료조총유효솔96.67%，대조조총유효솔76.67%，P<0.05，구유통계학의의。결론통창조잉방결합복강경치료분강점련성불잉유일정림상료효。
Objective The purpose of this study is that investigate clinical treatment effects of patients with pelvic adhesions infertility after laparoscopic surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine (Tong chang zhu yun prescription). Methods Selected 60 cases diagnosed with pelvic adhesions infertility,which were divided into two groups randomly,treatment group (laparoscopic surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine)and control group (laparoscopic surgery only),30 cases of each group. 6 months for a course of treatment,track for 1 year. Results The comprehensive efficacy of treatment group was 96.67%;the control group was 76.67%. the difference had statistically significant. Conclusion There was certain clinical efficacy use traditional Chinese medicine(Tong chang zhu yun prescription)combined with laparoscopic surgery treat pelvic adhesions infertility.
