以陕北中低温煤焦油的重油为原料,在常压蒸馏装置中切取<100℃,100-200℃,200-240℃,240-270℃,270-300℃,300-340℃和340-390℃七段馏分,利用 GC-MS 分析馏分中化合物的组成情况。结果表明:200-240℃、270-300℃、300-340℃馏分的馏出质量最大,质量分数分别为12.62%,15.59%和17.73%;馏分中含有脂肪烃、芳香烃和酚类化合物及少量杂环化合物;酚类化合物主要富集在100-200℃、200-240℃、240-270℃3段馏分中,分别占各馏分质量的63.34%,59.65%和23.81%,所含酚类化合物主要为低级酚、C3-C4烷基苯酚、茚酚、苯二酚、萘酚和烷基萘酚等。

Presenting the preparation of vacuum distillation with H-tar (heavy coal tar)in a low temperature coal tar from Northern Shaanxi.Seven fractions were isolated from H-tar by vacuum distillation in <100 ℃,100-200 ℃, 200-240 ℃,240-270 ℃,270-300 ℃,300-340 ℃ and 340-390 ℃ respectively,and their compositions and distributions were characterized by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC-MS).The results show that the most distillate quality of fractions is in a range of 200-240 ℃,270-300 ℃ and 300-340 ℃,with their mass fractions of 12.62%,15.59% and 17.73% respectively;the fraction contains aliphatic hydrocarbons,aromatic hydrocarbons,heterocyclic compounds and a small amount of phenolic compounds;phenols mainly enrich in the fractions of 100-200 ℃,200-240 ℃ and 240-270 ℃,with their mass fractions of 63.34%,59.65% and 23.81%respectively.The main phenolic compounds in H-tar were low-rank phenols,C3-C4 alkyl-phenols,indenols, hydroquinones,naphthols and alkyl-naphthols.
