采用快冻法,对玻化微珠保温承重混凝土和普通混凝土进行了25次、30次、50次、75次冻融循环试验研究,根据试验结果得出了抗压强度随冻融循环的退化规律,建立了与冻融参数相关的退化计算公式。试验结果表明,随着冻融循环次数的增加,普通混凝土与玻化微珠保温承重混凝土立方体抗压强度呈下降趋势,但玻化微珠保温承重混凝土的抗压强度下降趋势缓和,对冻融循环较不敏感,这说明玻化微珠保温承重混凝土抗冻性能优于普通混凝土,且冻融次数越多越明显。

Using fast freeze-thaw method, the freeze-thaw tests with 25, 30, 50 and 75 cycles on the glazed hollow bead insulation concrete and ordinary concrete are carried out. Base on the test results, the degradation law between the compressive strength of concrete and the freeze-thaw cycles is attained, and the degradation formulas for compressive strength with the freeze-thaw cycles are established. The test results indicate that compressive strengths of the two kinds of concretes decrease with the increasing the freeze-thaw cycles, but the downward trend of compressive strength of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete is slower than that of the ordinary concrete, which shows that frost resistance of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete precedes that of ordinary concrete, especially under the condition of more freeze-thaw cy-cle number.
