针对施工过程中产生的高含水率泥浆难以快速脱水固化处理影响施工进度的困境,通过实验得到了不同时间段泥浆固液分离的速率,在此基础上,探讨了絮凝剂种类、掺量和不同助剂对泥浆快速化学脱稳的影响。在选定最优絮凝剂掺量之后,分别添加了水泥、粉煤灰、减水剂作为絮凝助剂,以考察其对絮凝脱稳效果的影响。实验结果表明:在4种高分子絮凝剂中,以大分子的聚环氧乙烯烷脱稳效果最佳,并得到了其最优投放比例为泥浆质量的0.018%;水泥对高分子絮凝剂的絮凝脱稳效果有较好的正混杂效应,得到其最佳投放比例为总质量的1%和最佳的投放顺序为水泥→减水剂→絮凝剂。

In view of the fact that the slurry with high water content is hard to be dewatered rapdily which slows down the progress of construction , experiments were designed to get the rate of the solid-liquid separation of slurry at different periods .Various impacts of the different kinds and dosages of flocculants and different additives on the rapid solid-liquid separation were studied .After getting the optimal dosage of flocculants , different additives , such as cement , fly ash and water reducer were added to verify their intermixing effects with the flocculants .Experimen-tal results show that:macromolecular polyethylene vinyl silane has the best effect among the four flocculants and its optimal dosage is 0.018%of the mass of the slurry;the cement has a positive intermixing effect and its optimal dos-age is 1%of the total mass , and the best adding order is:cement ,water reducer , and then flocculants .
